White Coat Ceremony

Bryan had his formal White Coat Ceremony about a week and a half ago. A White Coat Ceremony is a tradition that marks the transition from preclinical to clinical sciences (when they start seeing patients and get some real practice!) Gaye and I had the privilege of helping Bryan put on his white coat during the ceremony. We are excited that his didactic portion of school is ending and Clerkships begin in January. We will be traveling next year! His parents came into town for a few days and we had fun exploring with them. We went to see the famous Cherry Blossoms and some museums while we were in DC. We also ate out A LOT… As we celebrated one month of marriage!

Here are some pics from that weekend

Fred, his wife Holly (partially shown), and their little girl LaRue. We have become good friends with them and love their company!
